The fingerprint read can sometimes be quite sensitive to dirt and other particles that may settle on the reader. Make sure your fingerprint is clean and free from grease and dirt and clean the fingerprint scanner.
This should resolve most issues. If it still doesn’t resolve the issue, try using an alternative stored fingerprint (remember, it is important to store several of your fingerprints in the lock).
