Company History
Although Blusafe is a relatively young company, our roots go back more than 30 years. TBH Hardware, located in Ningbo China, has been manufacturing high quality consumer durables, including locks, for international companies.
Excited by the IoT industry and the future of Smart Homes, the founding team of Blusafe leveraged the manufacturing capabilities of TBH and incorporated it with their own engineering, IT, and marketing experiences.
Within two years of launch, we have expanded into 5 countries (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and the US) and expect to expand to other parts of Europe and Southeast Asia in the near future.

Blusafe awarded the best Innovative Fingerprint Smart Lock and Padlocks from BUILD Magazine : Design and Build awards!
Developed for North America, Australia and New Zeland, this is our most advanced lock to date. Our Contour-V integrates a camera allowing users to see who is at their front door.
Blusafe Origin Smart has passed certification.
Improving on our Origin design, we developed the Origin Smart, which now includes Wifi and other access methods.
An update to our original Blusafe App, the ‘Blusafe Smart’ is powered by TuYa, a global leader in IoT application software. Blusafe Smart Lock owners can feel secure in knowing the App.
We partnered with Tuya, one of the world’s largest IoT Platforms, ensuring Blusafe Smart Locks are compatible with other Smart Home devices.
We are excited to say that we have successfully passed the stringent review process and became an Amazon Prime seller in the UK.
Seeing a need for a direct presence in the UK, we established an office in the British Midlands.
Further expanding our product range, our engineers developed the Cloud Smart Deadbolt, using the most advanced fingerprint technology available.
Seeing no indoor smart locks, we developed the Breeze, to provide security and convenience on indoor homes and offices.
Through a co-branding agreement, we begin selling or Origin Smart Lock in the UK.
Seeing a need in the UK, we developed our first Smart Multi Point Lock – Blusafe’s Origin Smart Lock.
Soon after we began selling in Australia, we expanded our international presence to include New Zealand.
Our initial foray into the international market begins with Blusafe Australia.
Seeing a need for quality Smart Entry Solutions, the decision to start and develop the Blusafe brand is made.
In July 1992, TBH Hardware was established, manufacturing high-quality consumer durables for a dozens of large integrational brands.
