Delivery & Returns
The below policies are applicable only to products purchased on the Blusafe Solutions website – www.blusafesolutions.com. If you purchased your Blusafe Smart Lock from a third-party website, such as Amazon, or at a retail store (e.g. Home Depot or Lowe’s), please see that party’s Delivery and Return Policies.
Your order will usually be delivered within 3-4 working days, Monday to Saturday, 8am – 6pm. Some items may be delivered slightly earlier or later depending on the delivery address.
We offer free standard delivery across the United States and Canada when you spend $25 or more. Delivery is charged at $5 for all standard orders under $25.
United Parcel Services (UPS) is the delivery partner we primarily use to ship our products. You will be provided an email with the parcel’s tracking number, which you can track at www.UPS.com. If no-one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place as per UPS’ policy.
Delivery is incorrect or hasn’t arrived yet?
If your delivery is overdue, or if any of your items have been accidentally damaged during transit, or for any other queries, please contact us on 1-(800) 931-8357 or Support@Blusafesolutions.com.
Want to return an item?
All products purchased may be returned within 14 days after they have been received. Our returns policy is outlined below:
- Email CustomerService@blusafesolutions.com with your Order Number in the subject line (Found on your email order receipt)
- All items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, along with the original packaging and all manuals and accessories. Damaged or used goods will not be accepted. Products must be returned to Blusafe Solutions, llc. within 14 days of receipt.
- Postage fees for returning a product are at the expense of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product. If your product is faulty, please follow the procedure below and we will email you a prepaid shipping label that you can use to return the item.
- Please obtain proof of posting at the time of returning.

You must contact us before returning your item at Support@Blusafesolutions.com or by phone at 1-(800) 931-8357. Please indicate your Order Number to discuss any issues.
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
