How do I change my administrator privileges if I lose my phone or if I get a new phone?

Administrator permissions are tied to the user account. When you use a new phone to log in with the administrator account, the lock tied to the administrator will automatically appear on the new phone. However, if you need to clear the lock tied to the old phone, you will need to manually clear the lock of the user data.
