Likely you are not receiving notification due to the settings on your phone. Please check the following:
- Make sure that your mobile phone permissions allow our App to push messages; usually this is in the Settings area of your phone.
- Make sure that you have enabled the Blusafe Smart App to push messages
- Open the App
- Click My Message Center
- Click the button in the upper right corner to enter the message push settings
- Click “Enable Message Push”. If it is a camera device, you also need to turn on the “Motion Detection Alarm Switch”
- Make sure the “Do Not Disturb” setting is turned off. If your phone is in “Do Not Disturb” mode, you will not receive notifications
- If you still cannot receive push messages, please check whether the message center in App has received new message notifications;
- Some Android mobile phone systems will force our App’s messages to be judged as marketing information, thus forcing the push and sound/vibration reminder functions to be turned off;
- Due to the limitations of some Android systems, some Android phones can only receive up to 24 App push messages. If these push messages are not cleared, the phone will not be able to receive new push messages.
- The power-saving function of some Android phones will turn off the background process of the App, which may prevent the phone from receiving push notifications. Please turn off the power-saving function of the Android phone.
- Please allow the App to start automatically in the system settings of the Android phone, otherwise the Android system will periodically shut down the App background processes that are not in use, which will also affect the normal push of App messages.
