The firmware upgrade may fail if the wireless network is unstable. If you cannot connect to a stronger network, you can try connecting to your mobile phone’s hotspot.
Also, please note that the App is required to be open and running during the update. If the App is only working in the background or if you exit the App, the update will fail.
