The lock isn’t working when I press my finger to the fingerprint sensor. Why isn’t it working? What should I do？

To decrease power consumption and extend the battery life, the fingerprint sensor is asleep and does note “wake up” unless the keypad is activated. 

To “wakeup” and activate the keypad and fingerprint sensor, simply press the doorbell button.
