What should I do if the motor does not turn and lock after the handle is lifted?

Typically, this issue is caused due to incorrect installation.  Please check the below possible solutions.

1. The selected toggle is too long, select the corresponding size of toggle according to the door thickness in the installation instructions.
2. The internal mounting plate must be positioned with the fitting jig before tightening the M5 screws.  
3. The M5 screw holding the locking cylinder is too tight, use a screwdriver to loosen the screw by half a turn.
