When connecting to my home’s Wi-Fi network, the system times out. What should I do？

If the lock is timing out while trying to connect to your home’s wi-fi, please follow these steps:

1. Check whether the Wi-Fi signal is good;
2. Check whether the Wi-Fi password is correct (make note of letter capitalizations); and
3. Turn off your router’s power, wait fifteen (15) seconds and turn the power back on.
4. Try and connect again.
