If you cannot share the device or add others to your family, please check the following:
Confirm whether you are the owner of the device, not the shared device, and whether you are the owner or administrator of the family (the sharer of the device and ordinary family members cannot share the device and add family members);
Confirm whether the user has their own account on the Blusafe Smart App (sharing and adding family must have an account on the Blusafe Smart App, regardless of having an account on Alexa or Google Home);
Confirm whether you and the other party are registered in the same country/region. You can only share the equipment registered in the same country/region;
If you invite others to join the family by sharing the invitation code, and the other party shows that the invitation code has expired after entering the invitation code, it indicates that the invitee’s account and yours are not in the same country/region.
