If your device is not connecting to your phone/App via Bluetooth, please check the following:
- Make sure that your phone is within 10 feet of the lock. Ideally, you should be as close as possible to the lock to ensure that the Bluetooth connection is as strong as possible.
- Check the settings on your phone to make sure the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth features are turned on.
- Check to make sure that another user is not connected to the lock. Only one user can be connected to the lock at a time as a Bluetooth device can only be controlled and used by one user at a time. Your lock will show ‘Offline’ in the App when another user is connected to it.
- Please make sure that the device is added in the App. If not, please add the device to the App by searching for the device and following the instructions.
- When connecting the Bluetooth device, the mobile phone must be connected to the network because the Bluetooth device needs to be registered in the cloud server before it can be added successfully.
- If you use an Android phone, you must open the location permission of the App.
- If none of the above works, you may want to try and rest the lock and try and add the device to the App again.
